I have all the original deeds
I have all the original deeds for 77 moor street farm detailing well rights and how growing thistles could lead to fines being imposed . I lived there when the barn and house were separated around 1999

My wife and I are current residents of 77 Moor Street and have a number of photos from late 1970 early 1980 and would love to have copies of the deeds citing well rights etc

Thank you for your comments Mark. However the society unfortunately doesn't hold the deeds or copies of the ones you seek.
