Meeting Dates
The Spondon Historical Society meet regularly at Spondon Village Hall for a variety of talks, presentations and discussions.
Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month and start at 7.30pm. Anyone is welcome to come along to the meetings with visitors paying a small admission charge. Details of our forthcoming meetings are as follows:
The Civil War in Derbyshire
Brian Stone, describes the effects of the English Civil War 1642-51 on Derbyshire. Brian is the author of 'Derbyshire in the Civil War' published 1992.
