I think that front row,

I think that front row, eighth from the left, is Mrs Green, who taught me German, when I was in 2a 1965 until 1966. If so, her husband was a Chemistry teacher, I think, at John Port School, in Etwall. She taught us well.

Back row 6 is definitely Mr Thompson (Russian) and yes he did run a JagX120?
Second row 8 is Mr Beasley, his predecessor Mr Powell taught me Geography (great teacher gave me the love of the subject) went on to read it at Exeter with Geology.

The individual between Mr

The individual between Mr Carter and Mr Haslam was Mr Selvey who taught a variety of musical instruments. Mrs Threadkell also appears on various Spondon House staff photos eg 1954-5. Mrs Billing is not on the Spondon Park 1966 staff photo, (she retired a year or two before) but she too is on the 1954-5 Spondon House photo. Mr Green (chemistry), husband of Mrs Green, had left some years before but appears as a form teacher in the 1963 picture of a third form group.

I believe 7) on the middle

I believe 7) on the middle row is Celyn Kingsbury, who taught music. My parents knew him...

No, that is definitely Mr

No, that is definitely Mr Geeson. Mr Kingsbury succeeded Mr Geeson and there was a long gap before he arrived.
