The lady second from the right was a Mrs Smith , she used to play the piano at St Werburghs infants when I was there in the 60s.

Far left Sylvia Turner, then Mrs Davies and Mrs Gertrude Peach former president. Mrs Peach's husband Frank ran the County Cricket Supporters' Club. I remember him walking round the Racecourse selling yearbooks for a shilling.

Is the lady second from the left Miss Tookley? She was the housekeeper to Mr Wiltshire, who lived near Spondon House School. Also, the lady third from the left, was she Mrs Copp, the hairdresser in Sitwell Street? I can’t be certain on either.

Thank you for your suggestions Louise. However we have had different names offered previously for the ladies 2nd and 3rd from left. Or do you mean the two ladies 4th and 5th from left on the photo for which we still need names.
