Some of the memorial stones located in the old cemetery on Chapel Street. There are a total of 55 memorial stones with the majority of names and inscriptions transcribed and researched by Elizabeth Kay and Liz Priestley of the Spondon Community Association between 2005 and 2006. This is information is available as a free pdf download from this website. The Cemetery was restored as the Sensory Garden, officially opening on 17th June 2006.
