Barton's Butchers

Dated: circa 1900

Billy Barton's butchers shop on the corner of Sitwell Street and Chapel Street. There was a slaughter house at the rear. Below are photographs taken in September 2026 shortly after all the rendering had been removed for safety reasons which reveal where the doors and windows once were.
